I believe the key to Jacqueline's sale of my small ranch house (18+ acres) was her knowledge of Horses. She was able to gain the trust of my Tenant/buyer rather easily with her ability to speak his language about his animals. She worked very hard with the buyer and lender bringing together and sorting out all the documents the buyer needed to provide. She did an excellent job overall.
